• Why are you members-only?
  Because we don’t want too many people to try, touch or see our collection. And because restricting access makes it exclusive for our members. And because we can do more for our members when only members are part of the service. We’d rather do more for less people than less for more people.
• What is the criteria for membership?
  Confidential. We want people who will find our service valuable.
  Some points may be: you are a woman, love to stand out at occasions, have a number of occasions coming up, enjoy getting compliments and envious looks, would love to have a huge fashion library, believe in being authentic, are open to new ideas, admire (and envy!) celebs at the same time, want to do your bit for the earth’s future and are not an Ambani, or are a responsible Ambani.
• Can I permanently purchase from you?
  Long answer: no. Short answer: it’s still no.
• Payment modes?
  UPI, Credit/debit cards, Cash.
• Delivery and return?
  We do both and it is free.
• What if I damage something I have taken?
  Currently, we do not charge any penalty, so you can enjoy your event without any stress. We will continue this stand, unless member community damages so frequently that we need to start charging penalties.
• What security deposit do I have to pay?
  Currently, nil. We will continue this stand, unless member community abuses this facility and we need to start taking deposits.
• What cities do you serve?
  Most cities and urban centers in India.
  The service parameters are different where we have our own staff - typically larger cities - compared to those we serve via courier services.
• Can I order online?
  Yes!
• How can I be sure it’s authentic?
  We buy only direct from designers. To see and decide for yourself, book a Home Trial!
• How can I be sure of fitting?
  We alter where possible to your fit. And it is done with a stylist and experienced tailor catering to your specific measurements.
• Is there a competing service I can go to?
  We are different and do not consider anyone our competitor. However there are similar services you may find useful. We cannot vouch for them and it is your sole decision to consider them (no recommendation is implied from this list). Some services include Flyrobe, Stage3, RentItBae among the ones we are aware of.
